   Outcome based education has been evolving for a long time with all this standardized testing , common core, other “fair” standards and other malarkey  thus defeating the whole idea of teaching kids how to develop and use critical thinking and problem solving skills, as well as real history, sciences and math. They threw our English language ,reading, comprehension and writing skills in the trash a longtime ago as well.    Just goes to show you how dumb the “teachers” had to be to consent  to this stuff.
