Help a vet or let me know where to get help for my friend

Just want to let you know that I will go down fighting--Love ya girl and MERRY CHRISTMAS 
Jeff . Want to thank all who are and have supported me--seems that OUR VA and GOVT 
CAN'T find any records when IT SUITS THEM.. 
AS many know the month of AUGUST I was in St Marys Hosp.Madison Wisc. While 
there , there were 2 ASSWIPE DOCTORS who did NOT listen and REMOVED me from HEART 
MEDS and other MEDS I had been on for many years. BY their doing this and NOT 
TREATING the real reason I was there the caused MAJOR HEART PUMP DAMAGE...which 
I'm trying to fight back from NOT to mention the loss of over 60 lbs in less than 
3 weeks. IT now wears me out to just sit up for 2-3 hours as everything I take 
in my body is useing to stay alive the DOCS from LOYOLA MED CENTER CHGO have put 
me on a 4000a DAY calorie diet along with other things as they said in 
NOVEMBER---IF you can't gain weight and you get sick there will be very little 
WE can do to help. 

IN my life I have NEVER ASKED for any help especially financial but with the 
LOSS of my set asides in 08 and 09--another GOVT SCREW UP I now need all the 
help I can muster. I have jouned a site called---GOFUNDME.COM it is a LIGIT SITE 
and if any are afraid of using their CREDIT/DEBIT, PAYPAL also works 

THIS is NOT a SCAM or JOKE and for those who REALLY DON'T KNOW ME well there are 
MANY HERE that do. 

ANY HELP YOU CAN BE MY FRIENDS from PRAYERS to a few dollars I would greatly 
appreciate. 

I will try to be here as much as I can and I want to wish all a VERY MERRY AND 
GREAT CHRISTMAS........looks like I get one more ..maybe
