U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan's review of allegations that Hillary Clinton used a private email server during her time as President Barack Obama's secretary of state led Judge Sullivan to reopen a conservative group's Freedom of Information Act lawsuit seeking details about the employment arrangements of top Clinton aide Huma Abedin.

Judge Sullivan stated: "In view of revelations that then-Secretary of State Clinton and members of her staff used personal email accounts to conduct State Department business, and that emails from those accounts may not have been covered by State Department searches for documents responsive to the FOIA request at issue in this case, the plaintiff seeks to reopen this case for further proceedings. Teneo is a global consulting that has Bill and Hillary Clinton's fingerprints all over it. Doug Band, Bill Clinton’s longtime gofer is one of a Teneo founder. Abedin worked as a senior advisor to the Clinton Foundation-linked Teneo at the same time she was at the State Department. Bill Clinton was also a paid adviser to Teneo. Declan Kelly, a Teneo co-founder and CEO, also worked for Hillary while at the State Department.

What many believe is troubling about Huma Abedin's access to classified material and closeness to Democratic Party bigwigs is the belief that her family members are active in the radical Islamic group known as the Muslim Brotherhood. Former U.S. federal prosecutor, Andrew McCarthy, had told Examiner in 2012 that Huma Abedin "actively worked as an assistant editor for a publication headed by suspected al-Qaeda associate Omar Naseef." "Neither Huma Abedin (Weiner) nor any major Western media outlet even mention what is common knowledge in the Arab world: Mrs. Anthony Weiner has ties to the Muslim Sisterhood, an auxiliary of the radical Muslim Brotherhood," according to Islamic terror expert Walid Shoebat.
