STUCK IN THE VINYL AGAIN - BILL COSBY - REVENGE

Good morning Wednesday warriors and welcome back to Stuck In The Vinyl Again . Today we wish Philadelphia born comedian, actor, and media personality, Bill Cosby, a Happy 86th Birthday. That's right, even criminals get a Birthday on this page. He was born July 12, 1937 to parents Anna Pearl, a maid and William Henry Cosby Sr., a mess steward in the U.S. Navy. Over the course of his 7 decade career he has worked in film and television, stand up comedy, the advertising industry, and has released 23 albums, including this one. Bill's fifth album, Revenge, was recorded in 1967 live at Harrah's, in Lake Tahoe, Nevada and then released April 1967 by Warner Brothers Records. The LP reached #2 on the R&B charts and #1 on the Billboard 200. On it, Cosby entertains us with classic stories of his childhood and family life. It includes the introduction to one of his most lovable characters, Fat Albert.
