STUCK IN THE VINYL AGAIN - JOHNNY PAYCHECK - ARMED AND CRAZY

Good morning Wednesday warriors and welcome back to Stuck In The Vinyl Again. Today we remember outlaw country music star, Grand Old Opry member,  multi-instrumentalist and record company owner, Johnny Paycheck, on this, the 17th anniversary of his death. Paycheck, whose real name was Donald Eugene Lytle, passed away on this day in 2003, age 64, from respiratory failure. To honor his legacy we spotlight 18th studio album, Armed And Crazy. Armed And Crazy was released November of 1978 on Epic Records and peaked at #15 on the US Country albums chart and #12 on Canada's Country chart. Standouts nn the LP include " Thanks To The Cathouse (I'm In The Doghouse With You)", "Just Makin' Love Don't Make It" and

"The Outlaw's Prayer". The album comes with a reproduction of a signed black photo of Paycheck with a guitar in hand while performing. We discovered it last night, upon listening to it and framed it. (see pictures)
