STUCK IN THE VINYL AGAIN - PAUL HARVEY- OUR LIVES, OUR FORTUNES, OUR SACRED HONOR

Good Tuesday morning to you all and welcome back to Stuck In The Vinyl Again . Today we remember Tulsa, Oklahoma native, radio broadcaster, and Army veteran, Paul Harvey (Paul Harvey Aurandt), on this, the 14th anniversary of his passing. He was born September 4, 1918 and passed away in 2009, age 90. No cause of death was ever announced. Today we have him on this 1975 Word Records release, Our Lives, Our Fortunes, Our Sacred Honor. On it, the familiar voice of the nation, talks about the founding of the country, the duties of policemen, the woe and worries of a father, amongst other topics. I got this LP from my friend Ken who used to run J.R.'s Junk Trunk. I traded some plumbing work for it. It remained sealed until we opened it last night to listen.
