STUCK IN THE VINYL AGAIN - THE BEST OF .... UNSOUND BANDS (1983 - '85)

Good Monday morning gang ( it's possible ... ) and welcome back to Stuck In The Vinyl Again. Today our record of choice to get your juices flowing and your work week started is this compilation Best Of ... Unsound Bands (1983-'85). The record collects 24 tracks from 5 punk and hardcore bands that made up the roster of the New York based Unsound Music label.  Two of the  bands are Insanity Defense and Satan's Cheerleaders and they share members. The other bands are Fatal Vision, Stands For Nothing (S.F.N.) and Glenheads. Unsound Music was a short lived DIY label and this collection was released in 2011 on Welfare Records and according to Discogs this black vinyl version is limited to 400 copies. Ours was purchased within the last couple of years at Lakeland's own The Wax & the Needle.
