Today we belelbrate the 73rd Birthday of English singer songwriter, bassist and guitarist, Mike Rutherford (Michael John Cloete Crawford Rutherford) , best known for his work in the bands Genesis and Mike + The Mechanics. Happy Birthday Mike ! With him in mind we spotlight the eighth studio album by English progressive rock band Genesis. Wind & Wuthering was released December 17, 1976 on the ATCO label and produced by David Hentschel and the band. It reached #57 in Australia, #31 in Canada, #26 Billboard 200, #21 Sweden, #19 Germany, #18 Finland, #15 Netherlands, #12 Norway, #7 Italy, UK, Switzerland, and #3 in France. "Your Own Special Way" (#83 Canada, #62 Hot 100, #43 UK).
