Out first Number One takes us back to the year 1970, and the first solo single release from a member of The Beatles. "My Sweet Lord" by George Harrison was released on the Apple label and produced by George Harrison and Phil Spector. The tune, hailing from George's third solo effort, the triple album, All Things Must Pass, reached #1on the Hot 100, on the Cash Box, in Germany, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, the Netherlands, France, Ireland, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden Switzerland, and the UK. It has been certified Gold in the US. The B-side, "Isn't It a Pity" also comes from the same album.

It's parent album, Do You Wanna Go Party was released on the TK label and produced by Harry Wayne Casey and Richard Finch. The tune topped the charts in Australia, Canada, South Africa, and the Hot 100. It's B-side is "I Bet'cha Didn't Know That", from the same LP.
