Our Sinister single is "Dinner With Drac" by Philidelphia horror show host, singer , and actor, "The Cool Ghoul", John Zacherle . The tune was released in 1958 on Cameo Records (our copy is on London Records) and peaked at #6 on the Hot 100. Apparently it was so sinister that Dick Clark had Zacherle record a less violent version of the song and played the toned down version on the Bandstand. The popularity of that version resulted in the record company releasing it a the B-side to the original. In the torrid tale John realizes that at Drac's dinner, he is the main course.
