Good Monday morning gang (that is if you believe in such things), and welcome back to Stuck In The Vinyl Again. Today we celebrate Alan Osmond, as he celebrates his 71st Birthday. Happy Birthday Alan ! To mark the occasion, we spotlight the third studio album by the sibling group, Phase III. Phase III was released January 29, 1972,  on the MGM label and produced by MGM and produced by Alan Osmond, Michael Lloyd, Rick Hall, Mike Curb, Ray Ruff, and Don Costa. It peaked at #10 on the Billboard 200 and #6 in Canada. The Gold certified disc yielded two singles ; "Yo-Yo" (#3  Hot 100, #1 Canada, Australia) and  "Down By the Lazy River" (#4 Hot 100, #1 Canada, #40 UK,
#33 Australia).
