Good morning vinyl enthusiasts and welcome back to the Friday edition of Stuck In The Vinyl Again. Today we offer up for your listening experience, this 1970 Harmony Records compilation, Beautiful People by various artists. The LP collects tracks from recognized acts like John Kay of Steppenwolf, The Great Society With Grace Slick, and the Byrds, while balancing things out with lesser known names like The United States Of America, The Rising Sons, and Tom Rose. The liner notes were written by David Morpheus and the cover photo of a naked man in a concert crowd holding his dog in a way that hides his nakedness (thankfully !) was taken by Barry Z. Levine.
