Today we joyfully celebrate the 74th Birthday of Chicago born singer-songwriter, musician and producer, Dennis DeYoung, best known as a founding member of progressive rock group Styx. Happy Birthday Dennis ! His first solo LP, Desert Moon, was released August of 1984, on the A&M label and self produced. It peaked at #24 on the Billboard 200 and gave birth to two singles, the album's title track (#10 Hot 100) and "Don't Wait For Heroes" (#83 Hot 100).
