Good morning Friday friends and welcome back to Stuck In The Vinyl Again. Today we remember Australian musician, singer-songwriter and actor, Michael Hutchence, on what would have been his 61st Birthday. The INXS vocalist died in 1997, reportedly from suicide by hanging. He is severely missed. INXS' fourth studio album, The Swing, was released in April 1984 on the Atco label and produced by Nick Launay and Nile Rodgers. It peaked at #54 on the Billboard 200, #27 in Canada, #6 in New Zealand, and #1 on Australia's Kent Music Report. Four singles were released : "Original Sin" (#58 Hot 100, #20 Canada, #6 New Zealand, #1  Hot Dance Club Songs, France, Australia), "I Send a Message" (#77 Hot 100, #18 Dance Music/Club Play Singles, New Zealand, #3 Australia), "Burn for You" (#29 New Zealand, #3 Australia), and "Dancing On The Jetty" (#39 Australia).
