It was on this day in 1953, that Arizona born  singer, songwriter, actor, multi-instrumentalist, and NASCAR driver, Marty Robbins took his place on the stage of Ryman Auditorium, as a member of  the Grand Ole Opry. To mark the date, we spotlight this 2 disc greatest hits compilation appropriately titled,  All-Time Greatest Hits. The album(s) were released in 1972 on Columbia Records and produced by  Don Law,  Frank Jones, and Bob Johnson. The Gold certified discs reached #25 on the Top Country Albums chart.
