STUCK IN THE VINYL AGAIN - BRICK - GOOD HIGH

Good morning wacky weed warriors and welcome to the 2022 420 edition of Stuck In The Vinyl Again, otherwise known as Wednesday. That's right folks,  it's the official unofficial holiday of stoners, pot heads, and cannabis connoisseurs. What's the best way to start the day? With a good high of course. Good High is the debut album by the Atlanta, Georgia-based band Brick. They were a cool calm collective of soul, funk, disco, and jazz but described themselves as "disco jazz" or "Dazz". The LP, released August 1976 on Bang Records was produced by Brick, Jim Healy, Robert E. Lee, and Johnny Duncan. It peaked at #1 on the Top Soul Albums chart and gave birth to two singles ; "Music Matic" (#82 Soul charts) and "Dazz" (#36 UK, #7 Disco, #3 Hot 100, #1 Soul). Our copy came from the now Legendary J.R.'s Junk Trunk.
