Good morning Wednesday warriors and welcome back to Stuck In The Vinyl Again. Today we remember Rhode Island native, actor and baritone vocalist, Nelson Eddy, on what would have been is 121st Birthday. He was born on this day in 1901 and passed away March 6, 1967, age 65. He collapsed onstage while performing at the Sans Souci Hotel in Miami Beach. Hours later he died in the hospital from  a cerebral hemorrhage. We honor his legacy with a look and a listen to this duets album with actress/singer Jeanette MacDonald. Favorites In Stereo was released in 1959 on RCA Records and produced by Simon Rady and Ed Welker. It peaked at #40 on the Billboard 200 and has been certified Gold in the US.
