Good morning Wednesday warriors and welcome back to Stuck In The Vinyl Again. Today we celebrate the 77th Birthday of original The Lovin' spoonful bassist, Steve Boone. Happy Birthday Steve ! To get this party started we find ourselves spinning this 1970 Kama Sutra Records compilation, The Very Best of the Lovin' Spoonful. The collection collects their very best hits through the 60s to 1970. The front album covers features claymation versions of the band, sculpted by Ollie Alpert and photographed by Bob Bailey.
