Good morning Wednesday warriors and welcome back to Stuck In The Vinyl Again . Today we remember actor and comedian, Don Knotts, on this, the 15th anniversary of his death. He passed away in 2006, age 81, from pulmonary and respiratory complications of pneumonia related to lung cancer. He is severely missed. To honor his legacy, we spotlight this 1961 United Artists comedy album, An Evening With Me. The LP gives us the nervous rambling funny man we all know and love as he takes on a variety of subjects, like only he can. This album was a new acquisition, from the folks who used to have the now Legendary J.R.'s Junk Trunk.
