Good Tuesday morning to you all and welcome back to Stuck In The Vinyl Again . Today we remember Texas born guitarist and vocalist, Johnny Winter, on what would have been his 77th Birthday. He passed away in 2014, age 70. The cause of death was not revealed. To honor his legacy, we spotlight this collaborative album between he and his brother Edgar. Together: Edgar Winter and Johnny Winter Live, was released in July 1976 on the Blue Sky label and self produced. The LP features the brothers covering a spectacular set list of rock 'n' roll standards. This copy was recently purchased at the Lakeland Antique Mall and given to us as a gift by our youngest daughter.
