Good morning, morning people and welcome back to Stuck In The Vinyl Again . Today we joyfully celebrate the 71st Birthday of Massachusetts born guitarist Joe Perry, best known for work in Aerosmith, as well as his solo work in the Joe Perry Project as well as the supergroup Hollywood Vampires. Happy Birthday Joe ! With him in mind, we spotlight Aerosmith's fourth studio album, Rocks. Rocks was released May 14, 1976 on the Columbia label and was produced by Jack Douglas and Aerosmith. It peaked at #46 in Sweden, #14 in Canada, #13 in Japan, and #3 in the US, where it has been certified 4X Platinum. Three singles were released from the disc;  "Last Child" (#26 Canada, #21 Hot 100), "Home Tonight" (#82 Canada, #71 Hot 100), and "Back In The Saddle" (#68 Canada, #38 Hot 100).
