STUCK IN THE VINYL AGAIN - ALICE COOPER - GREATEST HITS

Good morning vinyl enthusiasts and welcome back to Stuck In The Vinyl Again. Today we gleefully wish Vincent Damon Furnier, known the world over as , Alice Cooper, a very Happy 72nd Birthday. Happy Birthday Alice ! To commemorate the date, we throw a spotlight on Greatest Hits. This LP was released in August of 1974 on the Warner Brothers label and produced by  Jack Richardson, Jack Douglas, and Bob Ezrin. The compilation disc features hits from the band Alice Cooper, (as opposed to the man Alice Cooper). It is the band's only greatest hits package and includes songs from their third, fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh records, omitting any material from their first two records. It would be their last release before seeing Alice go solo and adopting the name as his own. It peaked at #8 on the Billboard 200.  My personal favorites include, "Under My Wheels", "Hello Hooray", and "No More Mr. Nice Guy".
