Good morning record enthusiasts and welcome back to the Friday edition of Stuck In The Vinyl Again . Today we remember Fresno, California native,  singer, songwriter, record producer, and actor, Ross S. Bagdasarian, on what would have been his 104th Birthday. He is best known by his stage name, David Seville, and for creating the animated band, Alvin And The Chipmunks. He was born January 27, 1919 and passed away January 16, 1972, age 52, from a heart attack. During his career he released 7 studio albums, but it is his 4th one turning on our table today. The Chipmunks Sing the Beatles Hits was released in 1964 on Liberty Records and produced by Ross Bagdasarian. It peaked at #14 on the Billboard and sees the cartoon trio of Alvin, Simon, Theodore, and Dave tearing through many classic songs from the Fab Four. "All My Loving", and  "She Loves You" were released as singles. As the story goes, Ross traveled to England to meet with the Beatles and get their approval.
