Good Tuesday morning faithful readers, and welcome back to Stuck In The Vinyl Again. Today our record of choice is this one : Back From The Grave Volume 6 (Thery were 10 volumes in the series) . It is a compilation album from Crypt Records, originally released in 1986 (ours is a 1996 re-issue). The LP features "17 Loud Unpsychedelic Wild Mid-60s Garage Punkers," as stated by the album cover. These low profile bands and their music was recorded in the 60s and boasts that it is primitive rock and roll with fuzztone-distorted guitars and rough vocals. The album contains a insert that looks like a promotional flyer with write ups on the individual bands, which I'll include in the picture section. The artwork was drawn by page favorite Mort Todd, former editor at Cracked Magazine, Monsters Attack and Marvel. The record was bought in 2019 at Jesse Carl Vinyl.
