Good Tuesday morning to you all and welcome back to Stuck In The Vinyl Again . Today we remember Danish pianist and composer, Bent Fabricius-Bjerre, known the world over simply as Bent Fabric, on what would have been his 97th Birthday. He passed away last year in July at age 95. We honor his legacy with his sophomore release, The Happy Puppy. The LP was released in 1962 on the ATCO label and features Fabric's joyful brand of jazz on 12 tracks. Three singles were released,  the title track which peaked at #102 in the US,  "Chicken Feed" (#63 Hot 100, #16 Adult Contemporary), and "That Certain Party" (#117 US) The cover of The Happy Puppy makes me smile ....
