Wait. What? Who? Oh yeah, we all know him as Billy Idol. Happy Birthday Billy ! Whiplash Smile, Billy's 3rd album, was released October 26, 1986 on the Chrysalis label and produced by Keith Forsey . The Platinum certified disc peaked at #8 in the UK, #6 on America's Billboard 200, #5 in New Zealand, and #4 in Sweden and Switzerland.
