STUCK IN THE VINYL AGAIN - THE BEATLES - 1962–1966

Good morning Sunday people and welcome back to Stuck In The Vinyl Again. Today we remember  English musician, singer, songwriter, music and film producer, guitarist and occasional vocalist, George Harrison, on this, the 19th anniversary of his passing. He died in 2001, age 58, after a long battle with cancer. With his legacy on our mind, we take a listen to the 23rd compilation by the Fab Four, 1962 - 1966, otherwise known as The Red Album. The double LP was released April 2, 1972, on the Apple label. It was compiled by Allen Klein and produced by Sir George Martin. It peaked at #3 in America and the UK, #2 in Germany and the Netherlands, and #1 in France, Spain, Norway, Japan, and Austria. We have two copies on this set on vinyl as well as a cassette version.
