Happy Birthday Billy ! With him in mind, we spotlight his sophomore release, Don't Say No. Don't Say No was released April 13, 1981 on the Capitol label and produced by Mack and Billy (Reinhold Mack and Billy Squier). It peaked at #5 on the Billboard 200 and #4 in Canada, spawning 4 singles ; "The Stroke" (#17 Hot 100, #3 Album Oriented Rock, #7 Canada), "In the Dark" #35 Hot 100, #7 AOR, #22 Canada), "Lonely Is the Night" #28 AOR) and "My Kinda Lover" (#45 Hot 100, #31 AOR). The LP has been certified 3X Platinum and is his most successful to date.
