Good morning faithful readers and welcome back to the Sunday edition of Stuck In The Vinyl Again . We didn't want the week to get away, without mentioning that yesterday (03/25/23) marked what would have been the 100th Birthday of Seattle born singer, musician, producer, and businesswoman, bonnie Guitar (Bonnie Buckingham). She was born in 1923 to parents John and Doris Buckingham and passed away January 12, 2019, age 95, from congestive heart failure,. She was best known for her 1957 crossover country hit, "Dark Moon" and later for founding Dolton Records. Today we are spinning her third studio album, Two Worlds. The LP was released in 1966 on DOT Records and produced by Bonnie and George Richey, songwriter, producer, and 5th Husband to Tammy Wynette. The disc reached #15 on the Top Country Albums chart, and it's sole single, "I'm Living in Two Worlds", reached #99 on the Hot 100, and #9 on the Hot Country Singles survey.
