Good Monday morning gang ( if you believe in such things) and welcome back to Stuck In The Vinyl Again. In addition to Monday, it is also the 82nd Birthday of English jazz rock fusion keyboardist, Brian Auger (Brian Albert Gordon Auger), known for his work with musicians like , Rod Stewart, Tony Williams, Jimi Hendrix,[2] John McLaughlin, Sonny Boy Williamson, and Eric Burdon. With him in mind, we spotlight his 10th solo album, Straight Ahead by Brian Auger's Oblivion Express. The LP was released in 1974 on the RCA Victor label and produced by Brian Auger. Like other records in our collection, this one is missing it's cover, so I'll try to find a stock photo, so we know what it looks like.
