Good morning record  enthusiasts and welcome back to Stuck In The Vinyl Again. Today we joyfully celebrate the 82 Birthday of Canadian-American actor, writer, director, musician, cannabis rights activist and comedian, Tommy Chong. Happy Birthday Tommy ! With that in mind we spotlight the 5th studio album by stoner comedy duo Cheech &Chong, Sleeping Beauty was released in 1976 on the Ode and Warner Bros. labels.  It was produced by Lou Adler and written and performed by Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong. It peaked at #25 in the US and spawned one single, "Framed" ( #41 Hot 100). The cover is a unique gate-fold shaped like a pill and the inside record jacket looks like a giant tongue.
