Good morning vinyl junkies and welcome back to Stuck In The Vinyl Again. Today we remember country crossover artist Eddie Rabbit, on this, the 22nd anniversary of his death. He passed away in 1998, age 56, from lung cancer. We honor his legacy by spinning his 6th studio album, Horizon. Horizon was released June 20, 1980 on the Elektra label and produced by David Malloy. It reached #19 on the Billboard 200, #5 in Canada, and #1 on the Country Album charts. Two incredibly popular singles were released, "Drivin' My Life Away" (#45 Canada, #5 Hot 100, #3 Adult Contemporary, #2 Canada Adult Contemporary, #1 Country Singles) and "I Love A Rainy Night" (#11 Canada, #4 Canada Country, #1 on Adult Contemporary, Hot 100, Country Singles).
