Good morning Wednesday warriors and welcome to the St. Patrick's Day 2021 edition of Stuck In The Vinyl Again. In addition to St Patty's Day it is the 10th anniversary of the death of Missouri born country music star Ferlin Husky. He passed away from congestive heart failure at age 85. His album, Green, Green Grass Of Home was released on the Hilltop/Pickwick label in 1970. The whole album is great and a song I think stands out a lot is "Hank's Song", which uses Hank Williams' song titles to tell a story about Hank. This album was still sealed and opened for this occasion. I've included an Awkward Opening video down around the pictures, if you like those.
Happy St. Patrick's Day gang !
