Good morning Wednesday warriors and welcome back to Stuck In The Vinyl Again. Today we remember Atlanta born guitarist, vocalist, and actor, Jerry Reed, on the 13th anniversary of his passing. He died in 2008, age 71, from emphysema. He is severely missed. We honor his legacy, by spotlighting his 1oth studio album, Ko-Ko Joe. Ko-Ko Joe was released in 1971 on the RCA Victor label and produced by Chet Atkins. It peaked at #153 on the Billboard 200 and #7 on the Country Albums chart. The title track  (#51 Hot 100, #33 Canada,  #26 Canada Adult Contemporary, #11 US Country, #3 Canada Country) and "Another Puff" (#83 Canada, #65 Hot 100, #27 US Country, #19 Canada Country) were released as singles.
