Today we joyfully celebrate the 85th Birthday of Texas born singer-songwriter and actor Kris Kristofferson, best known for his solo work, as well as his work with s Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson and Johnny Cash, in the country music supergroup, the Highwaymen. Happy Birthday Kris ! He released his 4th studio album, Jesus Was a Capricorn, in =November of 1972 on the Monument label. The Fred Foster produced record reached #31 on the Billboard 200, #27 in Canada, and #1 on the Country Albums chart.
