Good morning Wednesday warriors and welcome back to the stack of wax known as Stuck In The Vinyl Again. Today we gleefully celebrate the 74th Birthday of singer-songwriter, actress, and producer,  Linda Ronstadt. Happy Birthday Linda ! To get the party started, we find ourselves spinning her first greatest hits compilation, appropriately titled, Greatest Hits. The LP was released  December 1, 1976 on Asylum Records and produced by Peter Asher, John Boylan, John David Souther, Elliot F. Mazer, and Nikolas Venet.  It peaked at #6 on the Billboard 200 and #2 on Billboard's Top Country Albums chart. It has been certified 7X Platinum. Our copy is signed by guitarist Herb Pedersen, from back when we saw him perform with Chris Hillman at Gram Parsons Derry Down, in 2017.
