Good morning Wednesday warriors and welcome back to Stuck In The Vinyl Again. Today we joyfully celebrate the 53rd Birthday of Ohio born singer, songwriter, record producer, actor, painter, and absinthe manufacturer, Marilyn Manson (real name Brian Hugh Warner) a very Happy 53nd Birthday. Happy Birthday Marilyn ! To get the celebration started we have opened and are spinning his 11th studio album, We Are Chaos. The LP was released September 11, 2020 on the Loma Vista label and produced by Manson and Shooter Jennings, singer, songwriter, guitarist,  record producer, and the only son of of country music singers Waylon Jennings and Jessi Colter. The record reached #8 on the Billboard 200, Canada, and in Finland,  #7 in the UK, Hungary,  and Belgium, #4 in Germany, #2 in Scotland and Austria, and #1 in Australia, Portugal, the UK Rock & Metal Albums chart, and the Top Rock Albums chart. Two singles were released ; the title track (#8 Mainstream Rock,  #5 The Czech Republic, #4 Hot Hard Rock Songs,, #1 in Germany,  Hard Rock Digital Songs). We own all of Manson's studio albums in one format or another. These include cassettes, CDs, digital, and two vinyl records, this one and it's predecessor,  Heaven Upside Down. This album contains two pieces of artwork by Mr. Manson, the cover piece, a self portrait called  Infinite Darkness, which is also the title of the 6th tracks and the lyric sheet folds out into a poster called Never-Ending Astral Vampire. After the last song, "Broken Needle", the record itself does not end, instead it just keeps circling the run out area and only ends when nudged or the arm is lifted.
