Today Phil "Philthy Animal" Taylor, icinic drummer for English rock band, Motörhead, on what would have been his 66th Birthday. He passed away in 2015, age 61, from liver failure. To commemorate the date, we shine a light on Motörhead's 6th studio album, Another Perfect Day. Another Perfect Day was released June 4, 1983 on Bronze Records and produced by Tony Platt. It would be their last album on the Bronze label, as they would soon land at independent label GWR. The LP peaked at #153 on the Billboard 200 and #20 in the UK. "I Got Mine" (#46 UK) and "Shine" (Failed to chart). The record also is the only with with former Thin Lizzy guitarist Brian "Robbo" Robertson, who replaced "Fast" Eddie Clarke, who had left in 1982.
