Good Tuesday morning to you all and welcome back to Stuck In The Vinyl Again . Today we celebrate the 76th Birthday of Nebraska born singer-songwriter, bassist, and founding member of the Eagles, Randy Meisner. Happy Birthday Randy ! With him in mind, we spotlight his second solo album, One More Song. The LP was released October 1980 on the Epic label and produced by Val Garay. It peaked at #50 on the Billboard 200, #44 in Canada, and #83 in Australia, making it his most successful solo album to date. Two singles were issued ;  "Deep Inside My Heart" (#22 Hot 100) and "Hearts On Fire" (#19 Hot 100, #14 Top Rock Tracks) . On it Randy is joined by fellow Eagle members Glenn Frey and Don Henley. Ours is a promotional copy.
