Good morning Wednesday warriors and welcome back to Stuck In The Vinyl Again. Yesterday (03-22-22) wasn't only Captain Kirk's Birthday, it was also the 86th Birthday of Nairobi born singer-songwriter and musician, Roger Whittaker. Happy belated Birthday Roger ! Today we find ourselves spinning his 16th US album, When I Need You. The LP was released in 1979 on the RCA Victor label and produced by Eric Robertson and John Mackswith . On it we hear Roger cover Barry Manilow, the Eagles, Jim Croce and others. Oddly enough this is the only Whittaker album we own.
