Good Monday morning gang and welcome back to Stuck In The Vinyl  Again. Today we joyfully celebrate the 72nd Birthday of German guitarist, songwriter and founder, of hard rock/heavy metal band, the Scorpions, Rudolf Schenker. Happy Birthday Rudolph ! With him in mind, we spotlight the band's  ninth studio album, Love At First Sting. The LP was released March 27, 1984 on the Mercury label and produced by Dieter Dierks. It peaked at #6 in America and Germany, and #4 in France. Four singles were released over the Triple Platinum selling disc : "Rock You Like A Hurricane" (#78 UK, #47 Netherlands, #37 Canada, #25 Hot 100), "Still Loving You" (#64 Hot 100, #14 Germany, #3 Belguim, France, Switzerland), "Big City Nights" (#76 UK) and "Still Loving You" (#64 Hot 100, #14 Germany, #5 Netherlands, #3 France, Switzerland).
