Good Monday morning gang and welcome back to Stuck In The Vinyl Again. Today we remember San Francisco born folk singer, songwriter, arranger and recording artist, Dave Guard, on this, the 30th anniversary of his death. The Kinston Trio guitarist passed away in 1991, age 56, from cancer. The Trio's 5th album, Here We Go Again, was released October 19, 1959 on the Capitol label and produced by Voyle Gilmore. It peaked at #1 on Billboard's Pop Album chart and gave birth to a sole single, "A Worried Man" (#20 Hot 100). It is an updated version of the old folk song, "Worried Man Blues".
