Good morning record enthusiasts and welcome back to the Friday edition of Stuck In The Vinyl Again. Today we remember  British guitarist, record company executive, and founding member, Paul Atkinson,  of psychedelic pop rock, The Zombies, on what would have been his 75th Birthday. He passed away in 2004, age 58 due to liver and kidney disease. The double compilation album, The Time Of The Zombies was released in 1974 on Epic Records. The first record includes hits, non-album singles, and previously unreleased tracks, while the second one is a reissue of their second album, Odessey and Oracle. I bought this album a couple of months ago for the Mrs.' Birthday, from the fine folks at The Wax & The Needle, Lakeland's one stop shop for vinyl and tattoos.
