Good Thursday morning faithful readers and welcome back to Stuck In The Vinyl Again. Today we gleefully celebrate the 72nd Birthday of guitarist Eddie Gray, best known for his work with Michigan based rock band Tommy James and the Shondells. Happy Birthday Eddie ! To commemorate the date, we spotlight their first compilation album, Something Special! The Best of Tommy James and The Shondells. It was released in 1974 on the Roulette and Bellaphon labels and peaked at #174 on the Billboard 200. I believe ours is a German pressing.
