Good morning vinyl junkies and welcome back to the Sunday edition of Stuck In The Vinyl Again. Today we remember Ghanaian percussionist, Rebop Kwaku Baah, best known for his work with English rock band, Traffic, on this the 37th anniversary of his death. He passed away in 1983, age 38, from a cerebral hemorrhage, while performing in Sweden with Jamaican ska and reggae musician, Jimmy Cliff. To honor his legacy, we spotlight the second live album by Traffic. On The Road was recorded live in Germany in April of 1973, and released later that year in October on Island Records. The Chris Blackwell produced disc reached #40 in the UK and #29 in America. It features the lineup from Shoot Out at the Fantasy Factory album, plus keyboardist Barry Beckett.
