Good morning Thursday people and welcome to the October 1st edition of Stuck In The Vinyl Again. Today we remember  Michigan based  rock and roll singer, guitarist, songwriter, disc jockey, music critic, and record compiler, Cub Koda, on what would have been his 72nd Birthday. He passed away in 2000, age 51, after a battle with kidney disease. With him in mind, we spotlight the 4th studio album by Brownsville Station, School Punks. The LP was released in 1974 on Big Tree Records and produced by Doug Morris and Eric Stevens. It peaked at #170 on the Billboard 200. "I'm The Leader Of The Gang" (#48 Hot 100) and " Kings Of The Party" (#31 Hot 100) were released as singles. The album continues the air of high school hi-jinx and rambunctious good times as heard on their previous record, Yeah.
