Good morning Friday people and welcome back to Stuck In The Vinyl Again . Today we remember Paterson, New Jersey born comedian, actor and producer, Lou Costello (Louis Francis Cristillo) best known as one half on the comedy duo, Abbott and Costello, on this the 64th anniversary of his passing. He was born March 6, 1906 and passed away three days before his 53rd Birthday in 1959, from a heart attack. Today we have him and Bud Abbott in excerpts from the Abbott and Costello Show, on Side A of this Golden Age Of Radio Theatre, hosted by Victor Ives. Side B features a reading of "Rappaccini's Daughter" from the NBC Short Story. I have no idea what year this was released.
