Great Monday morning gang and welcome back to the Monday edition of Stuck In The Vinyl Again. Yesterday brought us the sad news that the last remaining original member of the legendary Southern rock band, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Gary Rossington, had passed away. Our Hearts, Thoughts, and Prayers go out to his Family, Friends, and Fans.
Also on today's agenda, we celebrate the 78th Birthday of English drummer, Hugh Grundy, best known for his work with the rock band, The Zombies. Happy Birthday Hugh ! To get his party and the week started, we shine a light on this Spanish release, Gigantes Del Pop Vol. 47. The LP was released in 1981 on the Decca label. We recently bought this copy at Treasure House Antiques & Collectibles in Winter Haven, FL, where my beautiful Wife, Lynn, has her booths.
