Good Thursday morning audiophiles and welcome back to Stuck In The Vinyl Again. Today we remember traditional pop and big band singer, actor, radio and television presenter, Vic Damone, on the third anniversary of his passing. He died in 2018, age 89, of complications of a respiratory illness. For your listening pleasure we offer up his 1965 Warner Brothers album, Country Love Songs. On it the Italian from Brooklyn takes 10 country songs and turns them into pop and standard crooners. Oddly enough this is his only record in our collection.
